1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 47,89,408 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 1, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff’s indication of the claim supplied the Defendant with an unexplosus, etc., and the Defendant agreed to pay the unpaid amount of KRW 54,371,538 until October 12, 2015 in installments by March 2016. The Plaintiff was reimbursed KRW 5,00,000 from the Defendant around October 2015, and was returned from the Defendant on the ground of defects in goods amounting to KRW 1,472,130. Accordingly, the Plaintiff was returned from the Defendant on the ground of service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
