However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 16, 2016, the Defendant found his mother's house located in the Daejeon East-gu Daejeon apartment on around 10:00 and recommended the Defendant to return to his house from a policeman D belonging to the Daejeon East-gu Police Station, Daejeon, who was called for after receiving a report of 112 by his mother during the influence of alcohol, to return to his house. The Defendant stated that the Defendant was "no container" of D's breast body for drinking, and that the Defendant continued to ask the Defendant's mother's personal information by asking the Defendant's mother's personal information.

‘D' was made when he was on the breast part of D' due to drinking.

As such, the Defendant assaulted D who is a police official, and obstructed the legitimate execution of duties concerning his criminal investigation.
