1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 65,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 10, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: On Nov. 28, 2007, the Plaintiff lent KRW 165 million to the Defendant, a female student, and sought payment of KRW 65 million remaining after receiving payment of KRW 100 million on Aug. 29, 2008.

2. Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
