1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 3, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On October 27, 2010, the Plaintiff borrowed 40 million won to the Defendant without an agreement on interest and due date, and even the Plaintiff’s request for return did not repay it. Thus, the Plaintiff is entitled to the payment of the above money and the damages for delay from the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order to the day of full payment.
