1. The Defendant’s KRW 28.5 million with respect to the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s 20% per annum from August 7, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and the following.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(2) A judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act) is rendered on September 25, 2015 (Article 208(1)1 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
