However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant worked for about 15 years as the head of the news gathering headquarters in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the third floor of the building in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.
