The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On July 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on July 14, 2018, the victim D parked in front of the restaurant located in Kimpo-si B; (b) the victim D parked in front of the restaurant; and (c) the victim was in dispute, and assaulted once, and three times the part of the victim’s distribution with his/her ship.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (1) and (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. On August 14, 2018, after the institution of public prosecution of this case, the expression of intention not to punish him/her.
(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
