On April 22, 2013, around 13:33, the Defendant stolen the said card with Korea’s credit card (C) input at the point of Korea’s Seoul Bank Admission Area located in Dobong-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and with the said card without withdrawing the cash after withdrawing it.

2. The Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 14:28 the same day, at the E office that is a door-to-door sales company in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the purchase of goods equivalent to one million won with the stolen credit card; (b) around 14:31 on the same day, each payment was made for the purchase of goods equivalent to five million won with the stolen credit card.
