1. Obstruction of business;

A. On March 5, 2015, at around 17:00, the Defendant ordered a victim’s D’s restaurant located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu C to sell money, gas, etc. on credit, and for about about 40 minutes to the table, on the ground that the victim refused to provide credit, a person was unable to enter other customers and provide meals, thereby obstructing the victim’s business by force.

B. On March 6, 2015, around 20:00, the Defendant ordered the victim at the above location to have three gallebs on credit, and, on the ground that the victim refused to do so, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s business by force by making it impossible for other customers to receive meals.

On March 7, 2015, around 11:00, the Defendant ordered the victim to work on credit at the above location, and had been inside or outside the restaurant on the ground that the victimized person refused to work on credit, and obstructed the victim's business by force by making it difficult for customers to go off.

(d)

On March 8, 2015, the Defendant demanded that the victim do not have accommodation expenses at the above location, and demanded 7,000 won to be changed from the victim, but the victim was rejected, and the Defendant went out and out of the restaurant for about 30 minutes. The Defendant got out of the restaurant for about 30 minutes. The Defendant got out of the restaurant due to the door close, made it difficult for customers to get out of the restaurant, thereby interfering with the business of the victim by force.

E. On March 9, 2015, around 21:00, the Defendant demanded the victim to have no lodging expenses at the above place, and demanded KRW 10,000 to request the victim to refuse to pay money for about 30 minutes as the victim was rejected, and thus, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s business by force as he/she did so.

2. Fraud;

A. The Defendant, around 10:00 on March 6, 2015, at a restaurant operated by the victim D in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the fact is paid.
