1. Violation of each Road Traffic Act;

A. On August 15, 2016, at around 23:29, the Defendant driven D 3 vehicles without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 35 km from the front of the Defendant’s accommodation located in C, to the front of his/her place of work, to the lower end of his/her place of work.

B.
