However, the last lease date on October 5, 2016, and it is difficult to find any circumstance to determine the initial date of the damages for delay, and it is therefore recognized the day following the delivery of the complaint as the initial date of the damages for delay and the damages for delay calculated by 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings as amended.
