1. The Defendant’s KRW 37,876,457 and KRW 30,367,542 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 31,00 per annum from August 2, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of 31.9% per annum from August 2, 2017 to the date of full payment, so the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 37,876,457 and KRW 30,367,542.
