A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

The Defendants are members of the E club, and the Defendant B and the victim F (59) are married couples. The Defendants and the victims have caused misunderstandings between themselves in the process of having the Defendants and the victims join the E club.

1. Defendant A

A. On April 21, 2014, around 18:51, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim, such as the victim’s f, who was resisted by the victim F, and f, due to the victim’s care to the president of the said club; (b) was booming the victim’s breath with her hand; and (c) the victim’s breath of the victim’s breath.

B. On May 7, 2014, at around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) led the victim’s neck and head on the same ground as the indicated in the preceding paragraph; (b) led the victim’s neck and head; and (c) led the victim’s body to several times, resulting in the victim’s injury, such as dysium, tension, etc. on the part where the victim’s body was in need of approximately four weeks of treatment.

2. Around May 10, 2014, Defendant B suffered an assault from the injured party during the victim’s verbal dispute with the victim A on the same ground as described in the preceding paragraph, Defendant B, on the ground that he/she was in late 10:00 on May 7, 2014, and caused the victim’s injury, such as a chest-down stroke, in which the number of days of treatment cannot be known, due to the occurrence of the victim’s defect caused by the occurrence of the victim.
