Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
On January 19, 2015, at around 21:25, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle at approximately KRW 200 meters in front of the Yansan-gu, Yansan-si, under the influence of alcohol by 0.114% of blood alcohol concentration.
