1. The Defendants terminated the title trust on November 24, 2016 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff is a company operating cargo transport business and entered into an entrustment management contract with C as to the vehicles listed in the separate sheet. The defendants did not take over the transfer registration procedure even though they received the rights and duties of the land owner under the above consignment management contract, and operated the vehicle. The part 7,704,140 won and the part 2,494,980 won incurred until September 17, 2016 among the taxes, public charges, insurance premiums, administrative fines, management fees, and the part 7,704,140 won incurred until September 2016 and the subsequent part 2,494,980 won are not paid. Thus, the defendants take over the transfer registration procedure for the vehicles listed in the separate sheet as of the date of delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case as of the date of the title trust, and jointly and severally, jointly and severally, the plaintiff is liable to pay 10,199,120 won from the day following the delivery of the complaint of this case to 7,704,980 won.
