If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

On February 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received C’s 112 report to the effect that “D” operated by C on February 15, 2018, 03:00, and that “A under the influence of alcohol” was a drunk; and (b) informed the Defendant of F (44 years of age) the police box belonging to the Yananannam Police Station Ea police station in the Yananananananananananananananananannanannanannannannannannannannannannannannannannannannannannannannannannannannannann

In doing so, “F was assaulted on the right side of F, such as kneeing a drinking, and walking a knee at one time,” etc.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reported cases.
