However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On October 10, 2005, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at around 07:35 on October 10, 2005, the Defendant driven a gallon vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license within approximately 30 km section from the front of interesting country life in the new frackdong of the Government-si to the front of the Drackwon located in Macheon-si C.

2. No motor vehicle owner who has violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road without having subscribed to mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the foregoing gallon vehicles which were not covered by automobile mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant operated a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by the automobile insurance.

3. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the violation of the Road Traffic Act are those engaged in driving a gallon.

On October 10, 2005, the Defendant driven a van at around 07:35 on October 10, 2005, and proceeded at a speed of 60km per hour, depending on three lanes from the side of the Government of the Republic of Korea, the three-lane road in front of the Dogwon in Scheon City C.

At the time of the opening, there was an intersection where signal lights are installed at the front of the opening, and thus, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed of the vehicle to those engaged in driving service and to check whether there is a vehicle waiting for signal by checking well, and to safely drive the vehicle to prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so without obtaining a driver’s license and proceeds in the same way on the road as it is, by negligence, while driving the above signal atmosphere on the road without neglecting the driver’s license, received the G pressle car from the victim F (the age of 38) driving, which was in the above signal atmosphere, and received the part of the driver’s panion in front of the Defendant’s sallon, the same passenger of the above gallon in the above gallon in the above gallon, from the victim H (the age of 52).
