1. As to KRW 22,730,526 and KRW 22,467,494 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from August 19, 2014 to June 17, 2016.
1. The facts in the separate sheet concerning the cause of the instant claim are acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 6.
Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 22,730,526 won and 22,467,494 won, which is the balance of the subrogated amount, to the plaintiff, 12% per annum, which is the interest rate for delay of agreement, from August 19, 2014, to June 17, 2016, and 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the next day to the date of full payment.
2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
