On October 08, 2014, from around 22:17 to 22:20 on the same day, the Defendant driven BK5 automobiles in the state of blood alcohol concentration of about 3km from around 2:0 to around 2:0 on the second side of the second side located in the central road of Jung-gu, Busan.
