On December 25, 2016, at around 16:57, the Defendant operated a gallon-ball cargo vehicle with Cgallon on December 25, 2016, and continued to drive the national highway No. 59 in front of Geumcheon-si, Kimcheon-do, in the direction of the city of Kimcheon-si.

Since there is a national highway with the center line of yellow-ray, in this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely operate the wheel and left well, and to accurately operate the steering boat and the steering system, as well as to properly operate the steering boat.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and negligently driven the central line and negligently driven the e-mail from the west to Kimcheon-si, the injured party D(56 e-mail) who driven the road adjacent to the e-mail from the west to the inside of Kimcheon-si. After the left side of the e-wing truck, the e-mail portion was received by the Defendant, after driving the e-mail to the left side of the cargo vehicle of the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant did not immediately stop and take necessary measures despite the occurrence of any danger and impediment to traffic by destroying property to take about KRW 60,000 of the cost of repairing damaged vehicles due to the negligence in the above business.
