1. On Aug. 30, 1997, the defendant borrowed KRW 50,00,00 from the plaintiff as 5% of the due date for repayment, and the above payment was not made even after the due date for payment. As the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant for the loan claim against the defendant, the plaintiff obtained a favorable judgment against the defendant, and the judgment was rendered in favor of the defendant as 2009Gadan5449 of the above court. In order to suspend the statute of limitations, the defendant again filed the lawsuit in this case for the interruption of the statute of limitations.
