The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

Even if the defendant was served on July 12, 2012 by the court, he did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days from the deadline for submitting the statement of grounds for appeal, and the petition of appeal does not contain any grounds for appeal, and no grounds for ex officio investigation can be found even after examining the records. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 361-4 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition
