1. The Defendant’s KRW 358,937,180 among the Plaintiff and KRW 258,937,180 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 100,000 from October 1, 2015.

Reasons

1. Loans of 258,937,180 won (interest rate of 24% per annum, maturity of 29%, February 29, 2016) and loans of 100,000,000 won (interest rate of 5,00,000 won, maturity of 12, 2016 February 12, 2016) lent by the Plaintiff to the Defendant on October 1, 2015, and claims for the agreed interest or delay damages within the scope of the Interest Limitation Act.
