1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 180,000,000 won and the period from December 26, 2007 to May 28, 2016.
1. On December 28, 2005, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent 180,000 won to Defendant B on December 25, 2007 with the due date of payment as of December 25, 2007, and the interest rate as 8% per annum. Defendant C, the husband of Defendant B, guaranteed the above loan obligations.
However, since the Defendants did not pay the principal and interest of the above loan up to now, the Plaintiff jointly and severally sought 80 million won agreement with the Defendants from December 26, 2007 to the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, and 15% interest per annum from the next day to the date of full payment under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc.
