A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives B's low-income motor vehicle.
No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.
Nevertheless, around 10:08 on January 8, 2014, the Defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by attaching a paper to the front number plate of the said car.
