1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 24,724,260 as well as KRW 24,683,687 as to the plaintiff from April 18, 2003 to June 24, 2004.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “Defendant” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant” and Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
