The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the victim A guilty of the violation of trust against the victim A, and it did not err by exceeding the bounds of free conviction due to logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles on breach of trust, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
