1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won;
2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a driver of a car in the B test.
On August 22, 2015, at around 23:50, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 10 meters from the street in front of the drinking house where it is impossible to identify the trade name at the bottom of the Busan river, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.143%.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition for the reason under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act above.
