A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and two months, one year of imprisonment with prison labor of Defendant B, eight months of imprisonment with prison labor of Defendant C and Defendant D.

When the Defendants were placed in an economically difficult situation, they conspired with “insurance fraud” in the name of “insurance company” to receive insurance money after intentionally making a traffic accident or pretending to cause a traffic accident, and subsequently conspired with E, F, G, H, etc. in order.

1. Defendant A and B’s joint fraud Defendants conspired with H to commit a traffic accident, despite the absence of the occurrence of a traffic accident, the following facts were revealed: (a) on July 21, 2009, on the road of the citizens’ center at the Dong-dong, which is accessible to the Government of the Republic of Korea on July 21, 2009; (b) Defendant A driving the JM car owned by Defendant A on the front part of the EM car; and (c) reported a false accident to the victim Samsung F& Maritime Insurance Co., Ltd., an insurance company of the EM car as if Defendant B and H received the back portion of the KM car; and (d) Defendant B and H did not have any particular address around that time, submitted a diagnosis document to the victim company and received treatment from the victim company from around 27th to around 29th of the same month as the sum of the agreed money, vehicle repair expenses, and insurance expenses, etc., and received KRW 2,54,130 won.

2. Defendants A, B, and D, in collusion with G, filed a false accident report with the victim Samsung & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., an insurance company of the said marina car, despite the fact that Defendant A was intentionally committed on the back portion of the passenger car owned by Defendant B, D, and G while driving the J EM car in collusion with G on January 10, 2010 in the vicinity of the 20:50 mobile distance from the Government of Jung-si, the Government of the Government of the Republic of Korea. Defendant B, G, and D submitted a medical certificate to the victim company and submitted it to the victim company.
