1. The plaintiff's appeal and the plaintiff's claim expanded in the trial are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation of this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except where “G” under Section 2 of Part III of the judgment of the court of first instance is “E”, and therefore, it is also accepted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Thus, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and all the plaintiff's appeal and the damages for delay expanded in the trial are without merit, and it is dismissed, respectively. It is so decided as per Disposition.
