1. The defendant shall pay 180,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from February 26, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
The fact that the defendant borrowed a total of KRW 180,000,000 from the plaintiff as shown in the attached list is not a dispute between the parties.
According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 180,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from February 26, 2019 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
