1. The contract of donation concluded on March 22, 2017 between the defendant and the non-party KimB is revoked.
2. The Defendant will implement the procedure for registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration, which was completed on March 28, 2017 as the receipt No. 22950, by the DD District Court FF support registration for the real estate mentioned in paragraph (1) to Nonparty KimB.
3. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
