On May 23, 2013, at around 19:15, the Defendant: (a) committed assault by 112-reports (no. 9412) in the C District District located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) the Defendant expressed a bath to the slopeD affiliated with C District District, a situation employee, and (c) the Defendant frighted a large scale of a fluoring fluor, prepared a report on the results of the 112-reports case handling; and (d) the Defendant fluorddding down the 2nd floor of the District by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the proper execution of public duties by police officers and other public peace and maintenance of order.
