On June 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud, bodily injury, theft, and damage to property at a flood control center, and on November 2, 2014, the Defendant had completed the execution of the sentence at a flood control center.

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A.
