Basic Facts
The defendant is a regional housing association established to promote a housing construction project (hereinafter referred to as the "project in this case") in the G zone in Dong-si in accordance with the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, such as the Housing Act.
The plaintiffs entered into a contract with the defendant (the "H District Housing Association" at the time of entering into the contract with the plaintiff and the "I Regional Housing Association" changed to the defendant's name at the present time) and entered into a contract with the members (hereinafter "each of the instant agreements to enter into the association of this case"), designating a type of housing, etc. according to the Dong/Gun and exclusive area (the remaining plaintiffs except the plaintiff D re-established a subscription contract under the name of the I Regional Housing Association). The plaintiffs paid the down payment, etc. to the defendant according to each of the instant agreements to enter into the association of this case. The Dong/Gun and exclusive area notified to the plaintiffs, the share of the union members, and the amount paid by the plaintiffs are as listed below.

On October 23, 2019, the date of the Plaintiff’s loss of status: (a) on October 23, 2019, the Plaintiff submitted the association bylaws (Evidence 6) that came into force from March 22, 2015, which came into force on October 31, 2017; and (b) on October 31, 2017, the cited rules are the association bylaws that came into force on May 31, 2017.
