If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On January 15, 2013, at around 00:30, the Defendant: (a) 00:30, the victim C, who was under the influence of alcohol, was able to take a bath, such as “beat................... the victim was able to do so,” and (b) the victim was frighted to be tightly pushed down to the bed, and turned down the victim’s left eye when taking the hand floor and drinking face into consideration.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim during treatment days.
