구상금
1. As to KRW 20,689,338 among the Plaintiff and KRW 5,638,622 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 15,050,683.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. In accordance with the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act, the part, among the Plaintiff’s claims for delay damages against the Defendant, exceeds 15% per annum from the day after the duplicate of the complaint of this case is served to the day of complete payment.
