1. The defendant shall pay 280,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 11, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Claim for performance as to the total amount of KRW 280,000,000 and damages for delay on the part of the plaintiff to the defendant
2. Article 208 (3) 3, and Articles 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
