1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,372,117 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 7, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including additional numbers), the plaintiff may sell plastic materials to the defendant and recognize the fact that the attempted amount was 5,372,117 as of September 30, 2017. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order sought by the plaintiff, from December 7, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
