1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,747,842 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 25, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The plaintiff delivered the textile yarn to the defendant by December 31, 2012. The plaintiff filed a claim for the payment of goods based on the processing. 2. Judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
