The defendant is a person who is engaged in juvenile game providing business under the trade name of "C" in Busan-gu B.

A juvenile game providing business entity shall provide free gifts to all users of game products in compliance with the types of premiums prescribed by Presidential Decree, standards for payment, and methods of provision.

Nevertheless, around 21:00 on April 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) operated a machine extracted in the above game site in a manner that exceeds KRW 5,000,000, which is the standard for paying free gifts; and (b) operated a REAL WAL WINDIDS’s toys, 9,900, which is equivalent to KRW 62,00,00, as free gifts, thereby violating the obligations of the game products-related business operators.
