1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,414,030 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 9, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. For the reasons for partial dismissal, the defendant is a joint and several surety and the loan transaction agreement of this case is established with the guarantee limit of the joint and several surety, and such agreement is recognized only within that limit.
