1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs the film production and distribution business, and is a copyright holder of a film “satisfic person” (hereinafter “the instant cinematographic work”).

The “welsite” as indicated in the “welsite” concluded an alliance agreement with the web harding company (hereinafter “each web harding company of this case”) that operates the respective web site (hereinafter “the respective web site of this case”), whereby each web harding company of this case provides the relevant web hard site users with cinematographic works, including the instant cinematographic work, at the prescribed cooperation price ( approximately KRW 3,500, approximately KRW 2,000, KRW 2,000, and the amount of profits derived therefrom (hereinafter “each partnership agreement of this case”).
Each web set company of this case announced users of each site of this case that a partnership agreement was concluded with the Plaintiff, a copyright holder, about the cinematographic works of this case at the time of the conclusion of each partnership agreement with the Plaintiff.
C. However, the remaining Defendants except Defendant A are attached to the attached Form.
3. The “business day” date of the list was set up at the sales price, which is only about 1/30 to 1/10 of the partnership price set on each website, around each of the following dates: (a) the file of the instant cinematographic works was set up in the “weld website” of the same list.
