The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, the lower court is justifiable to have determined that the obstruction of performance of official duties and injury among the facts charged of the instant case is recognized, and there is no violation of law of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

In addition, the remaining grounds of appeal are not legitimate grounds of appeal, as they are alleged in the grounds of appeal that the defendant did not regard them as grounds of appeal or that the court below did not consider them as subject to ex officio.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
