(1) The court of first instance that rejected the Plaintiff’s claim, even if all evidence submitted in the first instance and the first instance court are examined, the grounds alleged in the appeal by the Plaintiff are not different from the contents alleged by the Plaintiff in the first instance court, and the court of first instance that rejected the Plaintiff’s claim is justifiable. Accordingly, the court of first instance that dismissed the Plaintiff’s claim as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and it is so decided as per Disposition
