1. The Defendant’s KRW 38,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from August 28, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and the following.
Reasons
1.(a)
The indication of claims: The reasons for the claim shall be as specified in attached Form.
(b) Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
2. The interest rate after October 1, 2015, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. amended on September 25, 2015, shall apply 15% per annum.
