1. Around 15:00 on January 24, 2013, the Defendant left the victim E (58 years of age) into the container gambling room used by the manager of the free meal service station in Busan Dong-gu, Busan. On the other hand, the Defendant demanded the victim to take approximately 30 minutes of the container laver, “I have left the container laver, open, and opened the container, so much as to be simple,” and demanded the victim to take a passbook in the name of F, which the victim was in custody, and the victim refused and left the container, and went out of the container to the victim, “I have the mind that you should fit”, and “I have the mobile phone laver to the victim.”

The Defendant received, as such, one passbook in the name of F, 20,000 won in cash owned by F, and one bank body card issued by the Defendant, where the victim was frighted from the victim who frighted to the victim and was in custody at the victim’s seat.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On January 25, 2013, the Defendant, at around 23:07, after drinking alcohol at “G main points” located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, in calculating the drinking value, presented the F-owned C Card as if it were one’s card, and used the F-owned C Card to enable H, a business owner, to settle the drinking value of KRW 1.20,000,000, using the e-mail card that acquired and e-maded pecuniary profits.

B. On January 26, 2013, at around 07:45, the Defendant: (a) after drinking alcohol at “J station” located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan; and (b) calculated the drinking value, the Defendant presented the F-owned Cze Card as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) to the employees under personal name and presented it to pay 90,000 won as one’s card; and (c) used the Cze Card that acquired and taken property benefits equivalent to the drinking value.

3. On January 25, 2013, the Defendant had been established at the “Revision Points of Busan Bank” located in the Busan Dong-dong, Busan Dong-dong.
