1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from August 4, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, "creditor" is considered as "defendant". 2. by service by public notice (Article 208, Paragraph 3, Item 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019; and effective from June 1, 2019) is dismissed.
