A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the defendant shall be sentenced to the above punishment for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person operating a mobile phone sales agency with the name of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “D”, and E (the Defendant was detained on May 18, 2018, Gowon 2018, Gowon 2658, Gowon 2658, and Telecommunications Business Act) is a person who opened an advertisement to pay an amount equivalent to 30,000 won per week by opening his/her mind in the name of a person who has reported it, and operates it in the name of the person who has discovered it, and sells it to the Buddhist winners of his/her name in an amount equivalent to 90,00 won per week.
On March 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from the early policeman on March 2017, the Defendant moved in the persons who want to open a mobile phone; (b) opened several trials in the name of the Defendant; and (c) reported that E, other than the nominal owner, has paid the opening expenses; and (d) purchased a conviction from the opening holders and again sold it.
On April 21, 2017, E reported and contacted F with the advertisement that he would offer 2-30,000 won per opening on the face of the week following the opening of the trial, and refers to the mobile phone agency operated by the Defendant, and contact the Defendant with the Defendant, and calls for several convictions by sending persons, and the Defendant opened 891 depths in the name of a person who was to receive compensation from E, including a defect that theF, which was through E, opened 14 prepaids, including G in the name of F, and opened 14 prepaids, including G in the name of F, until June 30, 2017.
As a result, the defendant, on condition that E provides or lends funds, made it easy for E to recommend, arrange, mediate, or advertise contracts on the provision of telecommunications services necessary for the use of mobile communications terminal devices.
