2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On April 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement between the parties 1) located within the “Empt” which Defendant C and Defendant C lent to Defendant D’s name rolled by Defendant B (hereinafter “instant Empt”).

A) The Plaintiff leased and operated the instant land, and the Plaintiff agreed to invest KRW 50,000,000 among KRW 60,000,000,000, and in return, Defendant C agreed to pay the Plaintiff the monthly proceeds of KRW 3,00,000. 3) From March to April, 2013, Defendant C paid KRW 60,000,00 of the lease deposit to Defendant D and engaged in the business in possession and use of the instant fixed land points delivered from Defendant D. B. The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate not only the supply of the land, but also the sale, business, and the distribution of other profits under an investment contract, as well as the supply of the land required for the following places of business in which the Plaintiff and the Defendant C invested:

1. “Investor” means the owner of a building and the owner of a security deposit for all the following stores, or the person who has delivered the investment money to “A” by means of an open-to-open agreement.
